The primary thing which we can do is to maintain our immunity. yoga and Naturopathy helps to build up immunity of the body, the naturopathy modulations has, nutrition diet ,yoga therapy , acupuncture, massage, hydrotherapy etc Naturopathy is the system of lifestyle medicine which helps to enhance the inlet power of self healing in a body Aim:- prevent body from omicron Objective:- enhance immunity of the body, relieve the congestion, ease the breathing diet therapy we can take eliminating diet, expectorant diet, immune enhancing diet, anti inflammatory ,antibacterial ,antiviral diet ,Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables such as lemon ,oranges, papaya ,pineapple ,soothing diet, honey constructive diet pulses protein rich carbs the diet which has heating such as ginger clove turmeric cinnamon garlic onion mulethi Ashwagandha black paper probiotics . Heliotherapy at least 15 minutes sun bath should be taken sun is the richest source of vitamin D which helps to the immunity of the body.
