priyamvada yadav ,jv-u/17/1856,BHMS 4th yr (old).#jayoti vidhyapeeth women university 1. An Old Man Lived in the Village An old man lived in the village. He was one of the most unfortunate people in the world. The whole village was tired of him; he was always gloomy, he constantly complained and was always in a bad mood. The longer he lived, the more bile he was becoming and the more poisonous were his words. People avoided him, because his misfortune became contagious. It was even unnatural and insulting to be happy next to him. He created the feeling of unhappiness in others. But one day, when he turned eighty years old, an incredible thing happened. Instantly everyone started hearing the rumour:“An Old Man is happy today, he doesn’t complain about anything, smiles, and even his face is freshened up.” The whole village gathered together. The old man was asked:Villager: What happened to you? “Nothing special. Eighty years I’ve been chasing happiness, and it was useless. And then I decided to live without happiness and just enjoy life. That’s why I’m happy now.” – An Old Man Moral of the story:Don’t chase happiness. Enjoy your life.Thank you

  • SHUBHANSHA MADHAV 19384 Hrs 16 Min 54 Sec

jv-u/17/1810 (shubhansha madhav )( bhms -4th yr old) Once upon a time, there was a man who had a big garden. He had planted many fruit trees and cared for them till they bore fruits. Now he wanted to harvest the fruits and sell them to make money for his family. One fine day, while picking the fruits with his son, the man saw a stranger sitting on the branch of a tree and picking fruits. The man became angry and shouted, “Hey you! What are you doing on my tree? Aren’t you ashamed of stealing?” The stranger sitting on the branch looked at the gardener, but didn’t reply, and continued picking the fruits. The gardener was very angry and shouted again, “For a whole year I have taken care of these trees. You have no right to take the fruits without my permission. So come down at once!” The stranger on the tree answered, “Why should I come down? This is the garden of God and I am the servant of God, so I have the right to pick these fruits. You should not interfere with the work of God and his servant.” The gardener was very surprised at this answer and thought of a plan. He told the stranger to come down from the tree. As the stranger climbed down the tree, the gardener tied him to the tree and began beating him with a stick. The stranger began to scream, “Why are you beating me? You have no right to do this.” The gardener paid no attention and continued beating him. The stranger screamed, “Don’t you fear God? You are beating an innocent man. The gardener answered, “Why should I fear? This wood in my hand belongs to God and I am the servant of God. You shouldn’t interfere with the work of God and his servant.” The stranger hesitated and then spoke, “Wait. Don’t beat me, I am sorry for taking the fruits. This is your garden and I should seek your permission before taking the fruits. So, please forgive me and set me free.” The gardener smiled and said, “Don’t use God’s name to justify your ill-conceived actions.” Then the gardener untied him and let him go free. Thankyou.

Name-#KanchanRawat #jvwu #Bsc.MLT 1st year #jvu/21/5032 #topic-digital blood bank, TOWADS DIGITAL BLODD BANKING , Blood is one of the essential fluid in our body, which helps the body to function smoothly. Blood Donation is an act of donating healthy blood to needy people. Due to excessive loss of blood, a person may die. Therefore, we can say that blood donation is an act of saving lives. 14th June is celebrated all over the globe as Blood Donor Day, where people all over the world, engage in spreading about this life-saving act. Many blood donation camps are held on that day, and millions of people across the globe actively participate in the program. Educating people about blood donations is necessary. WHO organizes a campaign where people who are in the age group between 17 to 66 and weighing more than 50 kilograms are invited to donate their blood. The blood donors contribute to making the earth a better place to live in. Blood donation is beneficial in many ways, such as if a person is severely ill or has met an accident where he lost a considerable amount of blood; the donated blood comes into play, which helps the patient to recover gradually. Moreover, donating blood revitalizes our body as after donating blood, fresh blood is produced that refreshes our body system. There are blood banks where people can store their blood, and during any medical emergency, that stored blood comes into play. People who have rare blood groups are suggested to store their blood in blood banks for their future use. The requirement for blood is always higher than compared to the supply, and people should be encouraged more so that they willingly donate blood and save lives.Importance of Blood Donation According to research, every 1 in 7 patients admitted to a hospital requires blood. The requirement arises in plenty in cases involving post-accident traumas, surgeries, anaemia, cancer and pregnancy. Hospitals and blood banks always require ready units of blood of every blood group. Only then can they be successful in treating the precious lives of people. Blood is a liquid which cannot be stored for long. It can be kept only for a very limited amount of time. Worldwide, there exists a shortage of blood units by about thirty to thirty-five per cent. Therefore, blood donation is encouraged by people who are healthy and eligible. The criteria for eligibility are numerous. Some of them include the following; The donor should be between eighteen to sixty years of age, he or she should not be suffering from or have a history of cancer or any blood-clotting disease, the person should not be HIV positive, and his or her weight should be above forty-five kilograms.Benefits of Blood Donation People who donate blood are less prone to the danger of heart attacks and cancers. The reason is because of donating blood from time to time; their blood flows in such a way that is less damaging to the blood vessels lining and also results in fewer arterial blockages. Before being given the green light for donating blood, a sample of it is taken to a lab to be tested. Thirteen different types of tests are performed on it, and if anything comes out to be positive, you are immediately notified. You also get to know about your pulse, heart rate and blood pressure. This is like getting a full health check-up without paying any fee or amount. Studies have also shown that people who donate blood tend to live longer by as much as four years. The most significant benefit of this is that you feel proud and find joy in the fact that you have contributed something to help save the lives of other people. Blood donation also helps in reducing stress and getting rid of negative thoughts and emotions. It promotes the feeling of a sense of belonging and betters a person’s mental health. THANK YOU
